I hate buying cars! This dealership changed my mind… I did the whole purchase via text and went after work to pick up my new car and trade in my old one. Most impressed that the owner Gary followed up with me the next morning via text and a phone call. We will be buying all our cars from them! They give you a great deal and no run around. Special thanks to Will Goodwin for taking charge upon our arrival, bringing us.our 2023 Bronco Sport Outer Banks, and ensuring all our questions were answered. Will tracked down our paperwork and guided us through the process. Also special thanks to Kevin Wood for taking time to chat with us while we waited our turn to meet with Ryan Fisher. Can't say enough good things about Kevin. Great guy! And lastly, great thanks to Ryan Fisher for patiently and efficiently walking us through the paperwork and options available to us. Just the nicest guy! Everyone was just so friendly and helpful. And despite the late hour, we never felt rushed, nor did anyone make us feeel like we were keeping them from another appointment (like going home!). 😆.
