I sent them a message on cars. com, Dave reached out to really quick, he said Ted would call me shortly. Ted called me within a few minutes, & I asked him more pictures, he quickly com, Dave reached out to really quick, he said Ted would call me shortly. Ted called me within a few minutes, & I asked him more pictures, he quickly texted me pictures & I said I wanted it. Dave pulled the vehicle & held it for me , I flew in a few days later to buy it . Outstanding customer service, Dave used car manager & Ted the salesman are great. I flew in to buy the vehicle, they picked me up at the airport & the RX 350 was sitting there waiting me to drive home. We finished the paperwork & I was off loving this vehicle More

Last week I purchased a new 350 rx hybrid from this dealership. I have been looking for this car since Decmeber 2022. My expereince from the moment I called to the point of delivery was beyond exceptio dealership. I have been looking for this car since Decmeber 2022. Gabriella was my sales associate and she was excellent from beginning to end! She changed my car selection the night before and went over multiple possible deals with me on two different models. She pic from beginning to end! She changed my car selection the night before and went over multiple possible deals with me on two different models. She picked up my old car for me from my house and took it to the dealership! The finance manager was great too and the general manager. I am so impressed. In fact all of the associates I had interactions with were nice, personable and impressive. Good work! More
