In addition to getting my 50,000 mile check up, I asked if the technician would set my clock to the new time. Also I wanted my tire pressures checked because during the last frosty day my tire pressure li if the technician would set my clock to the new time. Also I wanted my tire pressures checked because during the last frosty day my tire pressure light came on. After my car was serviced, I noticed that the clock was not set to the new time. I searched the cars computer to adjust the clock when I came across the tire pressure. Pressure were reading 29, 29, 30 and 31 psi. The technician wrote down all tires were at 35 psi. Obviously he pencil whipped that part of the inspection. Don’t know what else he pencil whipped. I called and asked to speak to the service department. This person said he would have the serving assistant call me. Of course no one called. Service poor! More

This was my first time using your service since I recently moved from Washington state. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. Not a good experience. Simple oil change that left a puddle in my garage and down the driveway. It was then towed back to service center to be fixed and returned, however I Simple oil change that left a puddle in my garage and down the driveway. It was then towed back to service center to be fixed and returned, however I was without the use of the car for two days from the time I discovered the problem. No compensation other than fixing the problem was offered. Very disappointing. Not sure I will ever return for service there if simple maintenance issues can’t be done properly. More
