purchased a crv ex Tas did a great job especially being so new. He listened well, let me know my options, but didn't try to over sell. A gentleman. Lindsay did a good job. She did say one thing, "I can't believe you're not buying the 100,000/10 yr pkg." She may want to reword her advice. I felt a little belittled. I would have loved to have purchased the extra coverage, I'm sure it pays for itself but I don't have the upfront money. Anita is my go-to person. Knew her a long time in Service. She knows her stuff and always gives me good advice. Lisa is my second go-to person. She knows her stuff too. More

Friendly and professional leasing experience Ashley Taber had been in touch regularly to ensure my continued satisfaction with my experience leasing a 2012 Civic from Mohawk Honda. Recently, with Ashley Taber had been in touch regularly to ensure my continued satisfaction with my experience leasing a 2012 Civic from Mohawk Honda. Recently, with 6 months to go on that lease she asked if I might be interested in turning over my lease now rather that wait. When I said I'd consider that, she went to wok and within hours informed me that she could give me a great deal on a 2015. I made an appointment to come into the dealership in a few days, during which she would do preliminary paperwork.. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by smiling people asking how they could help or just greeting me. I was introduced to John Potenza who explained the deal they could offer me and amazed my by making the process seem so easy. He accommodated my request to have the premium all-weather tires that I had purchased only 3 months before installed on my new Civic. In a few hours I had a new Civic, a quote for insurance that could save me money and a warm feeling for the people who had worked so well together to make it possible.I have counted on the service department expertise for 15 years, and look forward to continuing that relationship in the months to come. Witnessing the cooperation between people with many different area of expertise working together to make sure I was happy was a good experience. And I have a great car! More
