Edited just now Greenway Kia and Kia Corporate are so incompetent, they have had my vehicle for an entire week now and still do not have a resolution for my vehicle that is under warrant Corporate are so incompetent, they have had my vehicle for an entire week now and still do not have a resolution for my vehicle that is under warranty still. At one point they told me my vehicle was ready only to find out when I drove 45 minutes to pick it up, that it in fact was not ready. At no point, has anyone offered a loaner vehicle to me while they determine how to fix my heat and air and safety recall on it. My brother in law had to call corporate to get any information since no one would provide any to me other than all expenses are completely out of pocket and was told that the dealership could in fact get me a loaner vehicle and they opened a case number for that and said it would be 3 days max. I called corporate today and they have changed their minds and said this is not something Kia does. The communication of this dealership is a complete joke. They even lost my vehicle when it was towed there and the service admin assist had the audacity to ask me if my vehicle had even been picked up from me yet. Not a single manager has called me to offer a resolution or an apology at minimum. I will never buy another Kia vehicle and I encourage everyone else to shop elsewhere too. More

Not helpful or professional. One employee looked at us kinda rolled his eyes turned his back to us and then had someone else help us. I wish you could give a zero. They have had my Cadenza since June 27. When I arrived for my appointment they told me there was a recall on the windshield and would need to order o They have had my Cadenza since June 27. When I arrived for my appointment they told me there was a recall on the windshield and would need to order one. They told me they might have my car for a couple weeks, so I rented a car from Enterprise. I have called repeatedly and finally got a call back from the service manager on July 11. I was informed that my they broke the windshield removing it to check for a proper seal, and we’re waiting on the windshield to arrive, which was scheduled to arrive later that day. I then learned they had done NOTHING regarding the issues I brought it in for, and as soon as the windshield was installed they would then turn it over to “their best technician” and get it all done quickly. Now I try to call for an update and they won’t even answer the phone in service. In the mean time I am out almost $1000.00 in car rental with no idea when I will get my car back. The service manager asked me “who told you to rent a car?” I informed him this is my only vehicle and I had no choice. I have never had such a bad service experience in my life! And I STILL don’t know when I will have my car back. Beyond ridiculous! More
