I was very happy with the service I am receiving from Anje in the service department as a single woman repair shops can be very intimidating but she made me feel at ease even though my car is till there Anje in the service department as a single woman repair shops can be very intimidating but she made me feel at ease even though my car is till there with an issue they are trying to figure out I have no doubts it will have a good outcome. Anje went over and above by even checking my battery herself to see if that could be my problem which was needing to be replaced anyway while they were fixing a recall on my car, she even noticed when I tried to start my car it still was having the issue and came out to the parking lot to have another look. I wish all service departments had employees like her. More

Anje Clay and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was at Carnival Kia in Franklin to get first oil change and service. I was there less than an hour. Really fast service. I had a previous bad experience with Kia in Nashville, but today's purchase of a 2012 Sedona was excellent by comparison. The sales rep Skip, the service rep Anjie, and the finance rep Mr. Blanco worked t but today's purchase of a 2012 Sedona was excellent by comparison. FAST, EASY AND FRIENDLY! My 2009 Kia Sedona needed an oil change and some other service. The people were very helpful in getting my van scheduled. They had easy nightly drop off. My car was ready quickly the change and some other service. The people were very helpful in getting my van scheduled. They had easy nightly drop off. My car was ready quickly the next day.
