we have had a great a great experience so far with the entire dealership. we bought the car in Apri2011 and have had all our services performed there. the chick in the service dept. is exceptional! i thin entire dealership. we bought the car in Apri2011 and have had all our services performed there. the chick in the service dept. is exceptional! i think her name is Onya or something like that. They are always nice and does their work in a timely manner even on Saturdays. i would reccommend this dealer to anyone wanting new or used Kia. More

my overall experience was great. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. My only issue was it cost me way more than I was expecting. Most of this could not be helped. A 50 dollar oil chan friendly and very professional. My only issue was it cost me way more than I was expecting. Most of this could not be helped. A 50 dollar oil change is very expensive. More

It's a newer and clean dealership. The sales guy (Brad) that we bought our Sorento from was very friendly and fit our style. As soon as we walked in to the service department,we were greeted with excellent service and SMILES!!! Came in for oil change,the tech found one of my tires had nail in it offered to fix with only minimal ti greeted with excellent service and SMILES!!!
