Great experience! My experience at Toyota was exceptional. Normally you dread doing the car dance with the sales rep, then the manager, but no anxiety at Toyota. Ann Kaplan was very knowledgeable about the cars and lease prices. I was also turning in another lease a Honda accord and Ann helped me return it to the Honda dealer next door, she went with me. I was very thankful to her for giving the extra customer service. Thanks much!! More
