We came in to the showroom late in their workday, but she and the sales manager, Matt Mongiello, got the deal put together very quickly and efficiently, giving us answers on multiple options for payment for our vehicle choice. I had dealt with Matt on another vehicle, and I consider him to be forthright and honorable. The finance manager, Paul Leahy, put the finishing touches on everything with speed and courtesy. This is the 2nd vehicle I've leased from this dealership, and there is no reason why I wouldn't come back a 3rd time at some point in the future. More

They had a good selection and everyone there was friendly. I was dissatisfied with my saleswoman. There were many red flags as to her knowledge of cars and engines, which I'm ok with being a motor head. After trying to convince me you can just cut the brake pads when replacing them, I knew I was done dealing with her. A person dealing with cars as a career should have common sense on knowing you never cut brake pads on any car. Although she was nice at first, when it came to negotiating she became unprofessional. I was offering cash but she demanded asking price and gave me no other option. She then basically kicked me out, saying this car wasn't for me and walked away. All within what felt like 30 seconds. More

Deceitful & dishonest The only reason I bought here is they had the car with the features I wanted. After I found out it had some paintwork done, this was not disclosed. Also there was large amounts of roof staining from trees. Shift knob was missing, I was given a generic knob, only to find out later the Limited was issued a leather knob. Naturally this was not supplied. Sales rep was very new. Had to find a sales rep on my own, all were too busy on tablets & phones to acknowledge me. Found the F & I representative to be highly suspect, even went as far to steer me to a different bank for financing, telling me the bank kicked them back 100.00 !! More
