Ann Margaret alerted me to options and features I never knew existed. Most impressive, I came in with a specific buying objective, which I told Ann Margaret. When I - predictably - got excited by more expensive models and lost sight of my original plan, Ann Margaret wisely and gently guided me back to my original objective.
