I’m annoyed that I had the car in for service in July thinking they were doing the oil change then, but they did something else. Then my wife received the email saying the car needs service again 2 month thinking they were doing the oil change then, but they did something else. Then my wife received the email saying the car needs service again 2 months later. She barely drives the car, it’s got very low mileage now that she works from home. Lastly to aggravate me more, when I brought the car in for the oil change I’m told that the service plan has expired and I’m told this after they take the car in. Doesn’t anyone reach out about extending service plans? Very disappointed! More
