I didn’t dare drive it to the city for errands. I’m happy I got my car back, but three loaners since Thursday. Customer service is key and the keys are falling off the ring. My service advisor was very kind and she made it better, but the last time I was there it was not good and I thought this time it will be like when we purchased the car. We were treated like royalty. First service the same. Then after that it’s been spiraling down. We had a service appointment and when the gentleman drove my car up I sat in and noticed all tires were low. Why would you return a car that way. It’s all about the customer service. More
