She is the main reason I drive 20+ miles to have my BMW serviced at Prestige when I could easily go to the BMW dealer in my town (2.5 miles away) or another dealership which is only 8 miles away. In addition, the shop foreman, Chris Rey, is always super-helpful and willing to go on a road test with you so you can point out any problems you may be experiencing. More

She was always so helpful and went over and beyond to assist me ever time that I had a service, all these years. Lastly, I would like to give a big thank you to James Porrazzo, he was very patient and also helpful to guide me in the proper direction that was best for me. They all need a bid raise. Reaching Services cons by phone next to impossible. Voice mail messages are typically not responded. Reaching a svce consultant even when a possible dangerous issue is indicated is extremely difficult, Voice mail messages are typically not responded. Reaching a svce consultant even when a possible dangerous issue is indicated is extremely difficult, and interruptive in the customer's work schedule. Frustrating to hear recorded voice touting (supposedly) highest quality and customer satisfaction of service. Complained verbally (in person) to cust advisor, left voice mail message on svc mgr's line complaining about outdated and inefficient phone set up. To top it off when calling main line for BMW, sometimes Lexus or Lincoln service is reached. Quality of work is good and on time, yet I was more than once forced to deal with other local dealerships when in need, or had to drive to Ramsey, simply to ask a repair related question. After service surveys are n e v e r followed up and appear to be a sham. More

Excellent Pre and Post Sales I purchased a CPO BMW at Prestige BMW. Starting with Marcus (Internet Sales) who put me in touch with Rob DiDomenico(Sales) to Jim (Finance) and Ann ( I purchased a CPO BMW at Prestige BMW. Starting with Marcus (Internet Sales) who put me in touch with Rob DiDomenico(Sales) to Jim (Finance) and Ann (service), the process was stress free and a pleasant experience. Dwayne (BMW genius) was very patient in walking through all features of the car. I emailed Prestige BMW with a request showing my interest in a CPO 5 series. Marcus was quick enough in responding, he informed via email that the car was not available, and sent me a list of available cars. I called the next day and asked Marcus to put me in touch with a sales person. This dealership is about 75 miles and at least 90 mins from where I live. Marcus put me in touch with Rob who assured me that if I came down to the dealership, my time was well spent. Their online car trade in calculator is pretty awesome. The pricing on the cars is the best nationwide. I had spent atleast couple of months looking prices nationwide for a CPO BMW. I put down a deposit on May 13th, didn't not test drive the car. Told ROb I will come back with my trade in and the check for the remainder at a later date. DCU had offered 2.24%. I declined to go with BMW finance because as other dealer close to where I live told me that the finance offer I had on hand was the best. This car was a surprise but for my wife and she had no idea about this. I go back on May 26th to pick my car. Jim from finance approached me and asked what if he gets me a 1.9% from BMW finance, would I be interested? I said why not? Jim did his magic, in less than 3 mins, I had 1.9% financing on the car which dropped my monthly payment significantly, I bring the car home, then after a couple of days notice a tear in the leather seat and the lock on the glove box didn't work. I call Rob and he asks me to drop by. I go there, the service guys did an excellent job of repairing the leather. It looked like a brand new piece of leather, but Rob told me that the lock may be covered by CPO and any dealer can fix it. I go to Princeton BMW after a couple of days, Princeton BMW tells me that the lock is broken and not covered by warrant. It costs me $900 to fix it. Now I am really pissed at Rob and Prestige. I call Rob, Rob asks me to drop by again. I am like - xxx? Why didn't u check the last time and now I have to spend half a day again. Mr. Rob told me in a very calm voice to come by. I drive up there to prestige and explain my frustration to Anna (service), in less than 10 minutes the lock was fixed. Apparently a small metal piece had got in the lock. All they had to do is remove the piece and lock was back in action. I told Rob and Anna that I don't mind driving up for service even it takes an hour and half to get there. The staff at Prestige are very honest and friendly. Last but not least the girls at the front desk welcome everyone with a warm smile. More

The easiest car purchase ever! Frank Salzano was the most experienced and helpful car salesman ever. This was my fourth BMW purchase and by far the best. Hands down, the best across the dealer experience I've been buying cars for 30 years, and BMWs for 20 years. I came back to Prestige after spending nearly 20 years at other perfectly fine BMW dealers I've been buying cars for 30 years, and BMWs for 20 years. I came back to Prestige after spending nearly 20 years at other perfectly fine BMW dealers. The catalyst for the return to Prestige was price, but experience is what is bringing me to this review. Tiffany Stevens is hands down the best salesperson I've dealt with. Knowledgeable - after she walks you through the tiniest difference on this car vs. last year's, ask her about racing - plus timely, great communication and above-and-beyond customer service all puts her at the top. Jim Casella was also the easiest most accommodating "finance guy" I've dealt with. Got right to the point, got me right to where I wanted to be and again, accommodating beyond expectations. Finally Anna Marie Piserchia in Service has so much knowledge and experience that complements her attentiveness and accommodation you can't believe what you may have been missing by not coming to Prestige. Cannot say enough good things about this team. Thank you all! More

Absolutely the best I was in the market for a new X5. After getting the "best" quote from other dealers, Lori Asserson gave me the truly best deal of them all. The whole experience was completely hassle free, and I felt I was being treated honestly and fairly. I cannot speak highly enough about Lori, and how helpful she was... Meanwhile, the car I was giving back in needed a lightbulb replaced, so Anna Marie was awesome in getting that done while I was doing the paperwork on the new X5. Only sad part is having to wait 2-3 weeks for the new car to be built, but luckily, it's built in South Carolina...would be longer if it was made in Germany! Prestige is the best! More
