They have tried to cheat us before by trying to make us pay thousands of dollars in maintenance for something that should have been covered by warranty. They are shady lying awful people. Avoid this dealership t all costs. More

The folks are friendly, courteous and anxious to please. They go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction. My favorable rating applies not olny to sales but also service. Fortunately I've not had to deal w/ service too much, but when I do, its a pleasant eperience. Prestige is a terrific dealership. In particular I enjoyed working w/ Fernando C. (new car sales manager) and my sales rep, Alex Marsiglio. Great folks with whom to do business. More

As someone who has bought Porsches (3), Mercedes (1), BMWs (2) and Audis (2), I am accustomed to a high level of customer service befitting a luxury car brand. Until now, I have always bought new, but in this case I was looking for a particular car that was only currently available as a Certified Pre-Owned model. I found my salesman, Rocco Chiusano, based on glowing reviews here on "dealerrater.com." He certainly lived up to his reputation! From my first test-drive to the day I actually took the car home, Rocco worked tirelessly to ensure complete satisfaction. Although I was buying a pre-owned car as opposed to a new car, Rocco never treated the sale as such. The entire Prestige team; Sales Manager (Fernando Cerqueira), Lisa (Finance), Clover Mayfield (Finance), Anna Piserchia (Service Consultant), Craig Knox (Body Shop), Maria Sesta (Extended Warranties) and Greg Scherer (Loaner Cars) all went out of their way to make sure my every need was met. I wholeheartedly recommend Prestige BMW whether you are in the market for a new or pre-owned BMW! More

Anna goes above and beyond with the level of customer service. Anna listened attentively to my concerns and referred me to Lori. Lori is a consummate professional. I felt very comfortable with the options she provided me. It's truly evident that Lori is sincere and loyal to her customer's. Even with the road block I faced she was extremely patient. BMW should be proud to have someone like her. After making my final decision, Mark assisted to close the deal. Mark was also a true professional and explained the fine print in full detail. I appreciate the service that I was provided from the above individuals. I'm glad I am in the BMW family. More

Lori Asserson is by far the ultimate professional. She does more than just sell a car, long after selling the car, Lori picks up the phone, checks in to see how things are going with the car, & life in ge does more than just sell a car, long after selling the car, Lori picks up the phone, checks in to see how things are going with the car, & life in general. This is unheard of nowadays, especially with time being very important to everyone. Being a salesman my entire life, Lori's a tough act to follow. Each car was purchased at Prestige, each transaction was with Lori Asserson. I love BMW product cars and I could easily buy them elsewhere. There are several BMW dealership closer to my location. But, what brings me back each time to Prestige are the people. From the Sales department; Curtis, Lori and Stacey to the all important service department Tony and Anna Marie. I am treated more than just a one-time customer. These individuals are truly interested in what will make me satisfied. Lori takes the time to find out exactly what I want in a car and then exceeds my expectations. Anna also takes the time, listening carefully to find out how the cars are driving and recommends only the necessary/important service actions. I believe this is the culture at Prestige, that everyone is treated as a valued customer and the relationship between customer and Prestige is viewed as long term, not a single transaction. Lori Asserson and Anna Marie are terrific! Ask for them by name if you are going to visit Prestige. They will not steer you wrong. (Pardon the pun.) Kudos to Prestige. More
