Super frustrating that I rushed there to make a 10AM appointment and then they didn’t start servicing my car until 2PM. As well, I asked them to fix my cellular (Bluetooth) connection issue. It worked f appointment and then they didn’t start servicing my car until 2PM. As well, I asked them to fix my cellular (Bluetooth) connection issue. It worked fine when I picked the car up on Friday, but on Saturday ALL internal sound failed. Had no radio, no turn signal sound, no phone sound, nothing. Had to bring it back in AGAIN. Everyone keeps saying “it’s a Volvo issue” and does a temp fix, but nothing last very long. It’s the fourth time this has happened. Would never buy another Volvo until resolved. More

My vehicle was in for 50,000 mile maintenance. Advisor Joshua greeted me and went through what was covered and cost involved. The technician while inspecting my vehicle videoed his findings and Advisor Joshua greeted me and went through what was covered and cost involved. The technician while inspecting my vehicle videoed his findings and reported two that were safety related and addressed additional expense. I agreed to repair the additional safety findings and met with the advisor. I had another personal appointment and explained that I needed to leave since the repairs would take an additional two hours. I was immediately offered transportation to my home and told me the closing time. I felt at ease and had no doubt whatsoever with the service department that all would be well upon my return. My vehicle was washed and ready. The Manager AnnaBelle smiled when I received my keys and I said thank you and see you all next time. You guys are the very best at what you do. I as a customer come in stressed and leave totally calm. Thank you! More

My car was serviced 7/11 on 7/13 I left for work there were lights that came on the dash board stating there was something wrong with the battery. When the car was there for service why was this not found were lights that came on the dash board stating there was something wrong with the battery. When the car was there for service why was this not found??? On 7/14 the lights were still on I called and spoke to Mike he is amazing!! I had to get to work I was worried so I bought the car in and they found the battery needed to replaced. So late for work I had to uber to my house and took my husband’s car to work! I'm kinda frustrated with the technician if he had checked the battery on Saturday???? If it wasn't for Mike my experience would be no more Volvo, my husband said no more Volvo’s!!! This was not the first issue with we have had!!!! More
