Garavel service has drastically improved over the years. They never provided poor service, but I can recall a few times feeling like excessive wait times were experienced and that some issues I mentioned I They never provided poor service, but I can recall a few times feeling like excessive wait times were experienced and that some issues I mentioned I needed checked were inadvertently overlooked. However, my most recent visit to Subaru was outstanding. Anneli was one of the most knowledgeable, professional and capable service representatives I have encountered at any dealership/service center - ever! They are lucky to have her! My issues were all addressed and she didn't miss a beat. I have also worked with Ronni in the past and he is so personable and it's reassuring when you are remembered as a customer, even after not being there for months at a time. Great group of people here. Rich is also terrific. More

They got me snow tires with one day notice, three days before the first nor’easter of the winter. Five days ahead of schedule. $5 per tire over Tire Rack.
