Called her on a Monday telling her my lease was up and what I was looking for, she told me to come i Annie from Garavel Chrysler and Jeep was awesome! Called her on a Monday telling her my lease was up and what I was looking for, she told me to come in later that day after work! No sooner than a few hours later does she call me back at work after taking the liberty to already run numbers and give me some good feedback! I came in after work and no less than one hour later I had my new car! Everyone there including Annie was so helpful! They made the stress of buying a car completely nonexistent! She also was very patient when it came to explaining to us the difference between buying the Jeep vs. leasing it. She took the time to go over all the options and run the numbers....more then once. Then when we came to pick up the Jeep she took the time to go over the features with me and show me things that were most important and that I would need to use right away. I never felt rushed with Annie. She gave us all the time we needed to close the deal. I was more then pleased with her service and also response time when I would call. More
