No sooner than a few hours later does she call me back at work after taking the liberty to already run numbers and give me some good feedback! I came in after work and no less than one hour later I had my new car! Everyone there including Annie was so helpful! They made the stress of buying a car completely nonexistent! I highly recommend going there! More

She also was very patient when it came to explaining to us the difference between buying the Jeep vs. leasing it. She took the time to go over all the options and run the numbers....more then once. Then when we came to pick up the Jeep she took the time to go over the features with me and show me things that were most important and that I would need to use right away. I never felt rushed with Annie. She gave us all the time we needed to close the deal. I was more then pleased with her service and also response time when I would call. More

I was greeted by an amazing, funny, and attentive sale person, Annie Granchelli. She was so helpful, we returned for a third time for our son. Annie was not just a sales person, she connected with us as a mother of a teen and totally knew what we were looking for! It was such a pleasurable experience because she was so human, not a pushy sales person! Paula Ramos was also a pleasure to work with. Extremely professional and organized! Had a chance to meet Big Mike. He was very nice as well! There was one other person who from the very beginning made me feel so comfortable while I waited for my salesperson.
