Annie Granchelli was excellent to work with through every step of the process. She was honest and trustworthy and I never felt she was simply trying to make a sale, but rather, trying to help my husband and step of the process. She was honest and trustworthy and I never felt she was simply trying to make a sale, but rather, trying to help my husband and I make the best possible choice for our son's car. Safety and practicality were major issues for us and Annie took the time necessary to share her extensive knowledge about the vehicles we were considering. Annie made the experience completely enjoyable - she is smart, genuine, funny and always pleasant - never too busy to take our calls or answer our questions. This was not the stereotypical car dealership experience by any stretch. Omar was very helpful in explaining the financial details of our contract. We are thrilled with our purchase. Thank you! More
