I have tried to express my pleasure in the purchase of my pre-owned E350, which replaced my c300, and to say what a wonderful experience I have had with your staff member, Maurice Benitez. My wife and I had doubts, misgivings, and insecurities in switching to the car we bought because being that our service Advisor Anthony Angelo who always did a great job on our c300. Why get rid of it? He is one of the best wont want to go anywhere else. However, we were able to making an informed decision purely on the basis of the information we were able to garner from Maurice Benitez who was greatly recommended by our service Advisor Anthony Angelo. It did not take long for us to become comfortable in dealing with Anthony Angelo and Maurice Benitez not to mention Don Masters- the finance & lease Manager.There professionalism shone through & through and all our questions were answered. Maurice did really an excellent job from start to finish and may I say he made us feel like we were at home. Comfort and relaxed. No pushing around. Everything was on point. May I say Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre is fortunate to have such a sales person as Maurice Benitez, service Advisor Anthony Angelo and Don Masters- the finance & lease Manager. I will have no doubts in recommending anyone to them. It is our habit, as human being, to say bad things about people and ignore the good things about them. I believe we should always also say good things when it is warranted. I have all the good things to say of these three gentleman in whom we had such pleasure in meeting in person. Brought vehicle in 3 times for the same issue to no resolve. When I called Anthony to discuss, he denied any issues even occurred.
