I am also very excited and eager to hear of Anthony Angelo working at the service department of RVC. I had an ML350 many years ago and he used to service my vehicle. When he no longer worked there I switched to BMW X5. The service department there at BMW is very rude and unaccommodating, it took months to get an appointment for standard service. Now that I found out that Anthony is back I switched back to leasing with Mercedes just for the mere fact of dealing with him. Anthony is very accommodating, patient, professional and informative, he is by far the best service advisor I have ever meet with. I am very excited and cant wait to get my car serviced by him as for it is nothing but the best service experience in the world.
