The only negative was the cost of my oil change, tire rotation, changing of the cabin filter and one other service. The total cost was $430, which I think is unreasonable. Everything with the oil change appears to ala carte. More

Sofia was great! Very friendly and made sure we were well versed in our new Palisade. She and the manager did a final inspection to make sure the vehicle was perfect Very friendly and made sure we were well versed in our new Palisade. Finance took a while (as usual) and we paid $3,000 over MSRP (supposed to have been $5,000) due to the Hawaii markup, even with our military discount. But overall, very good experience. More
