Eric and Anthony always make sure I get in and out as quickly as possible with estimates that are affordable and do whatever they can to save us money in the service department. Cliff and Ezra, the techs that usually work on our vehicles (we have 4 now), always get the job done right the first time without delays. Our vehicles are kept clean and are usually washed upon exiting service (weather permitting) which makes us feel like we have been well taken care of beyond the service we received on our vehicles. They always make sure we are satisfied and take our concerns seriously. Thank you Eric, Anthony, Cliff and Ezra for your outstanding customer service, you are why we keep coming back to Mike Shaw! Great Service I went to get my oil changed and my tire patched because it had a nail in it. I ended up needing new tires.
