Upon entering service station, I had to stand there for a few minutes before anyone looked up and acknowledged me. Service advisor was to call me back after I had picked up my truck regarding the repair. H few minutes before anyone looked up and acknowledged me. Your customers spend good money there, at least look at them when they walk through the door and greet them. I assure you they would be happy to wait for a few minutes if their presence was acknowledged. I came to this dealership in error thinking it was the one I had visited a month prior. THAT dealership is a five star dealership in all aspects. Daniel Long Chevrolet. Your service advisors should look to them on how to treat customers. I wasn't the only one given shoddy treatment, but I for one won't subject myself to that again. NEVER returning and definitely not recommend. More
