We received excellent care while having our car serviced for oil change, tire rotation and Perma coat touch up. The Service Advisor called about a recall (which I knew about) and he had the part in stock to for oil change, tire rotation and Perma coat touch up. The Service Advisor called about a recall (which I knew about) and he had the part in stock to repair it. All the service was done that day to my surprise! Everyone was pleasant with a nice Hello greeting. I would give everyone a 5 star but can only choose ten of you. I shall return! More

I had a fantastic experience at McLoughlin Chevrolet thanks to an incredible service advisor. I travel for a living, and hands down these great people, places, small gems are hard to find! Her approach thanks to an incredible service advisor. I travel for a living, and hands down these great people, places, small gems are hard to find! Her approach to customer service is refreshingly non-traditional, and her outstanding courtesy made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended! More

I go to these guys to service all four of my GM vehicles. They take care of MY GMC Yukon, my Suburbans, and my Silverado. They always do a great job and keep me updated. They take care of MY GMC Yukon, my Suburbans, and my Silverado. They always do a great job and keep me updated. More
