Terrible, check engine light came on the day I bought the truck, went back to get it fixed and they broke another piece while doing the work. They then ordered the wrong part that took 4 days to get. The trucks ac didn’t even blow cold and I asked the saleswoman to negotiate getting it fixed as part of the sale. Told me she forgot and was too scared to go back and ask. Got the runaround on the phone for 4 days as it was in the shop, no offer of a loaner. By the time I finally got a hold of someone that could help, my truck was conveniently fixed and I went on my way. I would NEVER go back here. Still don’t have my title either, a month later… More

Initially, I had some trouble speaking with the service department. However, once I was able to speak with someone, my experience was great! I had scheduled an oil change on the Buick app, however the appo department. However, once I was able to speak with someone, my experience was great! He made time to still service my vehicle through the whole mix up. He was nice, professional and very accommodating. More
