I hate the hassle of buying a car but they were so good to us at Gilchrist that it was actually “fun” for a change! I think our salesman Anthony Breslin had a lot to do with my change of mind. Overall customer service is lacking. The advisor do not do a good job at keeping you informed or providing wait times when you make appointments.
