UPDATE: Since I last posted this review, the GM of the dealership has contacted me personally and we have discussed the poor purchasing experience I received. He is now completely aware of all factors behind this review. He did not ask me to change this review, so I commend him on that. I will however change my star rating for him. Mr. Shaw, thank you for making contact and listening to me. Buyer Beware! If you are an "Online" or an "Out-of-State" buyer, THINK TWICE or just DON'T DO IT, before you purchase from this dealership. The dealership leadership (GM and Sales Managers) and it's employees salesman (AC) and F&I (JR) have poor communication / disclosure skills, poor customer service (F&I was confrontational), poor vehicle delivery protocols (salesman), and the third party they use for paperwork sends individuals that do not know exactly what they are doing. The only reason the dealership received a 1 star is b/c I could not leave a zero. This review is on the dealership, NOT on the truck I purchased. 1) Initial sales manager did not return call as promised 2) Salesman (AC) and F&I (JR) did not disclose what the addendum was. Found out when signing paperwork with the third party notary. This added on an additional $1019 to the financed amount. Dealership refused to refund it. NO WHERE ON THE THE DEALERSHIP'S WEBSITE IS ANY MENTION OF THE ADDENDUM THAT COMES WITH ALL THEIR VEHICLES. IT IS ONLY SEEN ON THE VEHICLE ITSELF. 3) Salesman (AC) forgot about military rebate and had to be reminded. 4) Requested multiple times for a "Conditional Buyer's Agreement" but was told by salesman and F&I that it would be in the paperwork sent. 5) Sales man (AC) and F&I (JR) filled out the "Vehicle Delivery Confirmation" form without me giving input. Failed to inform me about a future recall on the truck. Gave themselves/dealership a perfect 10. COMPLETELY DISHONEST 6) F&I (JR) is confrontational when questioned or if a customer requests specifics. This was related to keeping my disable tag and a request for references. 7) Third party notary company used for signing paperwork did not know what they were doing. F&I was not available when were signing the paperwork, he had gone home for the night. 8) F&I put the wrong VIN for my trade on five documents and had to be redone; extending this poor purchasing process. 9) Asked for the GM to contact me twice. He did a short email reply stating he was not available until next week. That time has passed and GM has yet to contact me. SO BUYER BEWARE! More
