We bought our Pacifica from Southern and continue to love our Van. The buying process was excellent in every way. Some then we have taken our Van to Southern for upkeep and one tire repair. Sam Vanderslice -Service Advisor was great. I had a check engine light on. The part had arrived and repair scheduled. Within an hour of my bring in my van, He realized the repair would take l I had a check engine light on. The part had arrived and repair scheduled. Knowing I live a long distance from the dealership and had intended to wait. he informed me of the longer repair time and was able to place me in a rental for the couple of days the repair took.
