I was greeted by a service representative and escorted to the Service Area. All Staff was appropriately masked in an extremely clean work environment The Service Mgr. Gene and I discussed the service and any concerns regarding the visit. My GX50 was serviced in a timely fashion and any remaining questions answered professionally. In addition, the oil change was advertised at $29.99 or $39.99 and the final bill includes a significant labor charge of $39.99!! I have been visiting this location for over 3 years regularly since i purchased my new infinity; but am thoroughly disappointed with this service.
