Nicest Service Department From the time I drove in to the momewnt I left with an Infinity Loaner I was treated respectfully and felt like Nigel and several technicians had only From the time I drove in to the momewnt I left with an Infinity Loaner I was treated respectfully and felt like Nigel and several technicians had only me on my behalf. I had a bad accident the day before and went to Nigel to ask him what to do. He had the QX60 on a lift as 2 technicians did a thorough exam. I was given a loaner and was told Nigel would call me latter in the day. He called as promised and said there was a lot of damage and he would deal with adjuster. He met with the adjuster, got an accurate quote and had my car towed to the body shop I requested. As a woman, often we are taken for granted but I have leased Infinity's for over 10 years because Ken Hubbell dealt with me directly. Love this dealership. More

Had a bad experience last time, but this visit was great I had a bad experience with service that last time I visited Infiniti of Norwood. This visit I asked the service rep (Anthony) to spend a few minutes I had a bad experience with service that last time I visited Infiniti of Norwood. This visit I asked the service rep (Anthony) to spend a few minutes with me before they even looked at the car. He was great. We looked at the recommended services; I came in for a oil change, but knew there were other recommended services coming due. Anthony was able to help me prioritize what needed to be done now and what could wait till my next visit. He checked in on me several times and made sure I knew what was happening with my car and how long things would take to complete. More

Ridiculous I dropped my car off because my rear air-conditioner fan was locked in the max ON position. Took almost 10 days to diagnose, fix, and get back? First Impression When I arrived, I wasn’t explained what was offered or the process. Before arriving, I had personally already vacuumed my car. So it could allow them to clean more thoroughly if that’s what they did. Honestly, I feel like the car was not wash and water was just added. The car was returned with oil dripping down from the hood. My car is white so is obvious. The car in general was dirty. They were still stains in dirty marks and the tires were dirty . And honestly the tech got my car dirty then how I returned it. Put marks all on the driver entrance and I had just touched my car myself to give them more time to work on car. I went for an oil change that was going to be $90 and then was charged 113 because of “taxes”. I rather drive to Danvers, the dealership I got my car from. And it’s more welcoming and they make you feel that you walked into a luxury dealership. I personally feel that I was charged for all the inspections that the tech decided to do that I specifically said not to do. I sold the requested and oil change and he went about and did more. Questionable service recommendations Have had my vehicle in 4-5 times Over the last 8 weeks for check engine light. They have had me replace fuel pump and said that was the issue. Well Have had my vehicle in 4-5 times Over the last 8 weeks for check engine light. They have had me replace fuel pump and said that was the issue. Well after a few weeks they said no need to replace gas cap. Then you need 2 new catalytic converters if it goes off again. So it does and I go back but now they are saying it’s an Evap leak. Seems like they can’t keep story straight. I discussed with outside mechanic you is saying they caused the leak when they changed the pump. They won’t stand by their work More
