Great service. My service guy was awesome. I love that they always take the time to show me what needs to be done but with no pressure. Always superb service at Infiniti of Norwood I’ve had 3 Infiniti cars and always used Norwood for service. Convenient, efficient, comfortable waiting room with tv, magazines, refreshments, so I’m I’ve had 3 Infiniti cars and always used Norwood for service. Convenient, efficient, comfortable waiting room with tv, magazines, refreshments, so I’m happy to wait for my car there. Whether it was my 2 pre-owned sedans or my newest car, I can trust Infiniti of Norwood for care. I’ve enjoyed working with salesman Jason Cultera and especially fond of the incredible service of Fernando Diaz, making my experience memorable. More

QX 60 vehicle repairs I recently had some work done on my QX 60 and found service rep. Anthony Chirico very knowledgeable and helpful. I was also helped by the Service Mgr. Nigel Desilva and can only say that he goes above and beyond the service that you would expect and the rating of excellent for his work does not go high enough to properly give him the credit that he deserves. Unneccessary Service I scheduled an appointment on 08/14 due to an issue with my a/c not working. My vehicle was brought to the service center and they stated that the a/c I scheduled an appointment on 08/14 due to an issue with my a/c not working. My vehicle was brought to the service center and they stated that the a/c was not working due to a leak. They stated that they sealed the leaked and recharged the system. This cost about $200. Only a few days later, the air conditioner failed to work. I then rescheduled another appointment on 08/17 only to have the dealer state that I would need a new radiator and a/c condenser and this service would cost roughly $2000. I am of the mindset that a dealership should have the expertise to work on their own vehicles and perform the job correctly the first time. Its disappointing that I had to throw away money for nothing. More
