Unsafe car I traded my car and Had it less than a month and I’ve been back to that place over seven times and the last time I picked up my car on a Friday and wh I traded my car and Had it less than a month and I’ve been back to that place over seven times and the last time I picked up my car on a Friday and when I was driving that car shut off on me while I was driving very unsafe so I am not very happy with the car that was sold to me at Infiniti of Norwood I thought I feel like they sold me a piece of junk and I refuse to pay $700 a month for a car that is going to kill me More

Best infinity service that I have had I am a 3 time infinity owner, this was hands down the best service related experience I have ever had. I will linger be using Inskip and there ride sa I am a 3 time infinity owner, this was hands down the best service related experience I have ever had. Great service The guy who helped me I can’t remember his name is one of the best guys there every time I come in He gives great service. I came in for my breaks and The guy who helped me I can’t remember his name is one of the best guys there every time I come in He gives great service. I came in for my breaks and he told me let me double check the breaks to make sure that you need to get them done. I ended up getting the breaks done but also was a noise my car was making thye also repaired that. I don’t take my car anywhere else been coming here for 3 years great service More

Labor fees! They do a great job. Labor fees are a killer! A part for your car will be $10 and they will charge $450 by adding labor. I don’t think that’s fair. So They do a great job. Car overheated I had my car towed to the service center because it had overheated. Check engine light was on also. Infiniti had my car for 10 days for inlet/outlet h I had my car towed to the service center because it had overheated. Check engine light was on also. Infiniti had my car for 10 days for inlet/outlet hoses as firewall bursted. Upon return of my car, I noticed when I stop at a red light or put the car in park, something was pulling/jumping under the driver seat. I took the car back a few days later for this reason, plus the engine light came back on. The service center told me that the car RPMS is idling but the car runs fine when driving. Is this normal? I asked. I was told that I may have cracked the engine when it overheated. I feel that my car is driving worst than before I had it service. More
