Very professional. However, despite being reminded twice, my points were not applied to my balance as discussed with Porscha. She was not there when I picked up my car However, despite being reminded twice, my points were not applied to my balance as discussed with Porscha. She was not there when I picked up my car . Thought the 40.00 fee was excessive since the battery was purchased there. Car key was misplaced when I went to pick up vehicle but technician at the front was very kind and entertaining More

Anthony Cortes Did a great job updating me on the progress of repair to my super duty. When the high-pressure fuel pump quit working and I was towed to the dealership Anthony was there to meet me. He progress of repair to my super duty. When the high-pressure fuel pump quit working and I was towed to the dealership Anthony was there to meet me. He understood my situation and informed me that Hamburg Ford will do their very best to get my vehicle on the road quickly. Anthony took the extra step to call CNA Insurance and worked with them to have my vehicle covered for the repairs. My out-of-pocket calf was a lot cheaper than the cost of the repair. The mechanics it worked on my truck did a very good job making the repairs and kept the motor compartment clean and the truck clean. Thank you for all the hard work from Anthony and mechanics and the staff at Hamburg Ford. More

Terrible unprofessional. Looks like your years at this industry didn't exactly help you in the customer service dept. I may not be a technician but just like I kept saying from the start of the noise my c industry didn't exactly help you in the customer service dept. I may not be a technician but just like I kept saying from the start of the noise my car was making was indeed a purge valve, and now thanks to your unprofessional ways and complete disregard of fixing my car it now needs a complete cat converter. So yeah thanks for wasting my time with YOU CAN NOT DUPLICATE MY ISSUE, now looks like you will have a bigger issue . Amatures More

He listened to my concern, called me exactly when he said he would, and they personnel were over the top friendly. I was greeted promptly by Tony.
