It was one of the best car buying experiences for us. I couldn't believe how all processes went so smoothly. Even though we bought a used car, their delivery process is exactly the same for brand-new car I couldn't believe how all processes went so smoothly. Even though we bought a used car, their delivery process is exactly the same for brand-new cars. They explained every detail about the vehicle and made us really happy. The dealer is really professional, they do not give you any sales pressure. The process was stress-free and pleasant, I was in and out in 1 hour only. I highly recommend this dealership. And about Mr. Anthony Demosthenis, he was unbelievable. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Definitely a problem solver! I saw the car on the website and sent them a request for additional information and pictures. And the time was around 10 pm. He replied in 5 minutes and gave me additional information. Early morning he captured a couple of videos for us, sent detailed pictures, and took care of cosmetic imperfections. And when we arrived at the dealer, the car was ready to leave with us. I am so glad that I chose to try another location becuase the Bonita Springs team knocked it out of the park! They have the BEST OF THE BEST as far as their staff being professional, personable and approachable. It had always been a dream of mine to own a Benz and I was so disappointed with the other location that I almost decided to go with another luxury brand and I’m so glad now that I didn’t! After being shut down twice by the Fort Myers dealership and being treated horribly while there, I walked into the Bonita Springs location with less than high expectations. Anthony was determined to help me make my dream come true and he delievered beyond my expectations! I absolutely enjoyed every second that was spent with him. He is the only person that will get my business in all future transactions. Joseph Randazzo is also THE MAN! I was so comfortable with him. He was so personable and kind. He came right out to greet us, stayed and talked with us for a good while (before any deal was even spoken of).
