My experience at Toyota of Lancaster was positive. The following departments had knowledgeable employees: Sales, Finance, Parts, and Reception area. They were efficient and very friendly. I didn’t feel pr following departments had knowledgeable employees: Sales, Finance, Parts, and Reception area. They were efficient and very friendly. I didn’t feel pressured to buy a certain vehicle and all of my questions were answered on the spot! It is obvious that Toyota cares about their employees and trains each person to do their jobs well. Anthony Doyle really took the time to thoroughly educate us about all the features of my new car AND the billing process. My family ended up buying 2 cars and we left 1-2 AM and he never rushed us.
