I received a recall notice for my 2017 Kia Sol. I called to schedule an appointment and was promptly given a date and time to drop off my car. When I arrived I was checked in and Anthony Grant was I called to schedule an appointment and was promptly given a date and time to drop off my car. When I arrived I was checked in and Anthony Grant was my service provider. Anthony was professional and courteous and explained the recall to me and then asked if I had any other concerns or questions. I added an oil change and throughout the day he gave me updates on the progress of my service. When I picked my vehicle up, Anthony explained to me some items that I should address and had me on my way. This was a great experience and certainly not my first with Anthony and Southside Kia. Thank you for the great job! More

It never fails when I bring my vehicle to Southside Kia, that I received the best service possible. From the service department, specifically to my service advisor Anthony to the GM Joe McGuire. They are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. There are several Kia dealerships between my home and Southside Kia, but it is worth the drive to have them service all of my vehicles needs. From a simple oil change to a recall, they do the work in a timely manner and ensure it is 100% right before returning the vehicle to me or other customers. You cannot go wrong with this dealership. All the service needs are brought to my attention and any repairs have been completed in a timely manner wi and has taken exceptional care of my car.
