Paperwork was sent over electronically, truck was picked up the day I had chosen. Pick up took less than 12 minutes!!! Thank you Leo and Djon for making my experience wonderful! I was still able to utilize my entire day without sitting at the dealership for hours at a time. I took my 2014 Silverado to the dealership for an oil leak. It was just the oil filter, so I got an oil change. They didn't reset the oil life indicator or place a sticker on my windshield. They also did an alignment, and gave me back my truck with the wheel turned to the left. How do you drive a vehicle out of the shop and not notice the wheel isn't centered? I had to bring my truck right back in and wait 1 hour for them to fix the alignment. My receipt says they washed my truck, but they didn't. What else didn't they do? They called and text me for feedback, so I told them about my experience. The response: sorry, we hope you'll still come back for service in the future. I'm out of warranty, so why would I come back? How about offering a free oil change or discounted future service? I won't be coming back. More
