Anthony Herbig was a wonderful surprise for us when we visited Umansky to look at a Toyota Tacoma. He was the first face we encountered and he immediately acknowledged us and asked how he could help us. H visited Umansky to look at a Toyota Tacoma. He was the first face we encountered and he immediately acknowledged us and asked how he could help us. He was warm, friendly and, most importantly, professional. From the beginning of our visit until we walked out the door with the pickup truck we came to look at, Anthony sheperded us through by answering all questions, explaining Umansky's pricing policy and offering helpful information as we looked at the truck. We requested a few small items and Anthony was able to make them happen. No request, question or concern was ever an issue and was met as a welcome opportunity for him. His enthusiasm and knowledge made the purchasing experience seamless which, as many have experienced, is often not the case. Umansky is wise to have Anthony as the first person of contact upon entering Umansky Toyota-he is a gem and a superb salesperson. More

As a woman shopping for a car for herself I felt heard and respected, and after shopping around I found out real quick which salespeople see the person buying, and which see a fast sale if they apply pressure.
