Marc was a pleasure to work with. I needed a Sienna and, even when he was on vacation, he made time to call me when the trim level and color I wanted was available, and invited me in I needed a Sienna and, even when he was on vacation, he made time to call me when the trim level and color I wanted was available, and invited me in to see it. The process was easy and painless, as we negotiated the price and financing via text prior to the appointment, so the visit consisted mostly of a test drive and signing paperwork.
