Everyone was kind and respectful. The drop off area was clean and uncluttered which I appreciate as I walk with a walker. The car was so smoky that I had to open a window because my eyes were burning so bad! I made a comment about the smoke to the driver and he said “ I spend my whole day in the car. What else am I supposed to do?” I will make sure in the future to request a nonsmoking car. More

They knew they were gonna work on my car longer than it. Would they give me a ride to where I wanted to go and pick me up. I thought that was awesome.
