He gave me his email number and was available anytime I had a question. Even after I brought the car home, I called him that evening with a question and he made me feel as though it was a pleasure for him to assist me. I have nothing but PRAISE for Anthony and I will recommend him to all my friends. In fact, the friend who brought me to the Dealership to pick up my car had leased one through Anthony and she recommended him highly and even made the first call to him for me. So I know he impresses others as well. He is also so knowledgeable about the features of the car. /so different than some other Dealers I visited. Previously we spoke briefly about possibly buying a new car in the near future. Of course we pull into Ed Morse Cadillac of Tampa and to my surprise there were 3 Cadillacs that my husband thought I might be interested in. All the while he was communicating with "Anthony Hyde" or shall I say (THE BEST SALESMAN EVER) to try to find that special "RED" Cadillac CTS and he did! I absolutely LOVE MY 2009 Cadillac CTS which was 1 owner, low miles, super clean and it is in excellent condition. We get continuous compliments on how nice and shiny it is! I also have recommended "Anthony Hyde" at Ed Morse Cadillac in Tampa to a gentleman who purchased several Cadillacs. And I received a nice check for referring him, which was appreciated and it came in handy. YES.... You guessed it WE ARE RETURN CUSTOMERS (2yrs later) my husband surprised me again on February 6, 2019 with a 2017 White Crystal 4dr Cadillac XT5 .... I am IN LOVE ALL OVER AGAIN! Great experience We went to this dealership looking for a particulier model of Cadillac (2012 CTS-V) that I knew they had in stock from searching online. I was put in touch with salesman Anthony Hyde and set up a test drive on a Saturday evening after flying in from an out of town trip. The car was in excellent condition with one issue that we noticed after test driving. The issued was solved early the next week by the service team and we returned for another test drive, the vehicle performed as it should so we ended up purchasing the car. The whole experience was stressless and we felt very comfortable with the entire encounter, we would not hesitate to return to the dealership if the need to purchase another Cadillac occurred. More
