He stayed within our proposed budget, pointed out the safety features of the car that was selected, suggested additional features that would impress our teenage daughter, he even went as far as to have the seats adjusted to accommodate her hieght via another team member and help seal the surprise by letting us borrow a bright red bow from the dealership.
