Above and Beyond the Call of Duty I met with Anthony Hyde on Wednesday January 4, 2017 to preview a 2014 Cadillac CTS-V being offered for sale at Ed Morse Cadillac in Tampa (note that I met with Anthony Hyde on Wednesday January 4, 2017 to preview a 2014 Cadillac CTS-V being offered for sale at Ed Morse Cadillac in Tampa (note that I had driven four hours from my home in Fort Lauderdale). Anthony explained to me the features and options of the car, along with accompanying me on a test drive, all the time answering all my questions. Anthony’s knowledge and professionalism was a key contributing factor in my decision to make an offer to purchase the vehicle. Anthony was flexible with me on negotiating the financial details of the offer, and we quickly reached an agreement. My purchase was completed in a short time period. Anthony then offered to drive the Cadillac back for me to Fort Lauderdale that evening, which he did, then returning to Tampa in a rental car. In my opinion, this extra degree of service and attention, in addition to an already enjoyable experience, was way above and beyond the typical call of duty under the circumstances!! More
