I think it was Anthony at customer reception area wasAWESOME I was late by about an hour so I didn’t expect that they would be able to get me in but the young man at the customer reception desk was awesome he t I was late by about an hour so I didn’t expect that they would be able to get me in but the young man at the customer reception desk was awesome he took care of everything he treated me like a queen he was a pleasure to work with intelligent and kind. I would go back just for the way he treated me. Your building is beautiful and I enjoyed that very much and I enjoyed being there so I think you do a great job with making customers want to come in to your facility. And everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. The communication was good and the wait was short. I really appreciated you guys squeezing me in. I think Anthony did everything for me. I am so happy that I can come to you in Bloomington instead of driving out to White Bear Lake now! Thank you it was awesome keep it up :-) More

Fast, thorough service! Friendly service, Anthony explained everything and kept me updated as time progressed. The Service department even caught the fact that I had an oil Friendly service, Anthony explained everything and kept me updated as time progressed. The Service department even caught the fact that I had an oil leak that we need to be fixed at a later date and covered under warranty as my car is fairly new. Really appreciate the thorough inspection and work that was done. Anthony was terrific! More

I have worked with them on other occasions and they, too, provide excellent customer service. They even remember my name. Gina recently went beyond the call of duty at during a visit. In addition, our car saleswoman, Trish, saw us waiting for our vehicle and stopped to have a lovely chat. I really love this dealership--they make me feel like part of the family. More
