Helpful, longer than expected. I had to ask for the multipoint inspection after the express service was done. I found out that none had been done. I asked because they ha e always done such an inspection . I wanted to to know if they found anything of significance during the inspection. The visit summary said I had been asked before the service and declined. This is not true. I was never asked, and if I had ‘t asked, I would have had.a filthy cabin filter until the next oil change.
