A great experience buying a new car We went To Germaine Honda looking to purchase a used Honda Odyssey, we had seen on their website. When we arrived We were greeted by Mona Janjic. She We went To Germaine Honda looking to purchase a used Honda Odyssey, we had seen on their website. When we arrived We were greeted by Mona Janjic. She brought us to test drive the car we inquired about as well as offered some other options. We decided the used cars weren’t for us. We never felt pressured to purchase. We felt she genuinely wanted to help us find a car. When it came time for the one we wanted, we were very clear about needing a great price on a new One since we initially weren’t budgeting for new. She spoke with her manager one time and came back with a great offer ( none of this back and forth stuff). Our experience was quick. Even with Anthony Leli in the finance dept. He reviewed finance options and tried to get us a lower interest rate than USAA or our credit union. He spent time telling us about the extended warrantys available as well. After everything was done, Mona sat with me in the car reviewing all the features and assisted me with connecting to apple play. It was a great experience. Would recommend ???????? More
