Honda refused to repair my car due to not knowing what was done by the prior mechanic. *DISCLAIMER - Germain Honda Naples Florida or Honda in general nor any staff member employed here, in no way discredited or blamed other businesses and simply stated facts from their thorough, professional diagnostic. They made it clear they have to follow specific legal guidelines in which they did. Respect. After finding this news out I was standing outside when approached by Molly who I had no idea she was in sales. I always had a skeptical attitude toward car sales people. Molly presented with such a calmness I didn't even know she was looking to sell. It is because she wasn't trying to sell me a car. Molly was professionally, and genuinely getting to know me, my story, and my specific needs which created a positive vibe for the sales experience. She spent hours with me and I felt very at peace with her energy and admired her professionalism, customer service, job knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile. No pun. Although I was there for just an oil change and service on my 20 year old Honda, a thorough inspection was done and a comprehensive list of potential service related repairs was offered. The only issue was quickly resolved by the service manager, Adrian Penna, who was professional, courteous, and customer oriented. I will continue to have my old cr-V serviced at this dealership.
