Very nice and big improvement over the last many years. I've tried on several occasions in the last 20 years to buy a car there but the process was not as good as others Toyota stores. Anthony was great! He understood what our needs were. Offered advice and kept in contact. When it came down to finance and MSRP there were no extra or hidden fees. Upfront and honest. I hope our Highland Offered advice and kept in contact. When it came down to finance and MSRP there were no extra or hidden fees. Upfront and honest. I hope our Highlander will represent the quality of Toyota and the trust you have gained from us. Ended up not getting as much as I hoped for trade compared to carvana but tax equilibrium should have come out close. More
