I was unsure about going to Modern Auto Sales because used car dealers have a questionable reputation, even worse than most new car dealers. But after my experience with Joey and Anthony at Modern Auto used car dealers have a questionable reputation, even worse than most new car dealers. But after my experience with Joey and Anthony at Modern Auto Sales, I’d say this is hands down one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had! I didn’t feel pressured, I didn’t get the “this is a really strong offer” sales pitch. I got all the information I asked for, took a test drive, and Joey showed me all the paperwork pertaining to the vehicle. We (not the pushy sales manager running a one sided conversation about the great deal they were giving me), worked on making the price fit and the deal was done! No hassle, no sign now, just great and professional customer service! I even had to come back 1 1/2 months later for a repair which their service dept handled and they even gave the loaner car as promised. Car got fixed and I’m enjoying my new ride. Definitely check out the team at Modern Auto Sales next time you are looking for a new used car. More

I’ve heard nothing but positive reviews about Modern Auto and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. I was working with a budget (everything is EXPENSIVE now) so I needed to buy a used car. There was a ser and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. I was working with a budget (everything is EXPENSIVE now) so I needed to buy a used car. There was a serious lack of transparency on this vehicle and my concerns were not taken seriously. After having the car inspected with my mechanic, I found out basic replacements like the cabin air filter were not made. This would not have been such an issue if the dealership was honest and told me that this was a smokers car. The strong smoke odor was masked by air fresheners from the dealership but once those wore off, the smell was almost unbearable. Upon purchase I was not informed that the previous owner smoked in the car and the lack of integrity was disappointing. They also made no effort to fix this issue or take me seriously until a family member went to the dealership for me. Also if you know you’re putting someone in a car that smells that bad then don’t bombard them for reviews. Would not recommend More

In the past, I have had family members purchase vehicles through Modern Auto and they have all had a wonderful experience. This was my first time purchasing through Modern Auto and I found what I have heard through Modern Auto and they have all had a wonderful experience. This was my first time purchasing through Modern Auto and I found what I have heard to be true. We have a unique situation, our two sons are on the autism spectrum. Modern was very accommodating and allowed our sons to be part of the process, which helped transition our boys to their new vehicle without any major issues. We really appreciate Modern’s time, patience and understanding in allowing us to guide the process that was necessary to make this successful for our family. More

The staff were friendly and supportive. The car was mostly ready upon my arrival. Not pleased that I buy a car in April that has February plates on it as this causes me to lose 2 months off The car was mostly ready upon my arrival. Also, being told my check was off by $2. and change didn’t sit well, even though it was “taken care of”. Having 3 replies to my original online inquiry was really confusing. I get more might be better than zero but….. More
